Terms and Conditions


-All prices for parts and accessories are in U.S. dollars.

-State sales tax will be collected at checkout for residents of Ohio.

-We may have to contact you with questions about your order, therefore, it is very important that we have your telephone number. If we have a question, and are unable to contact you, your order may be held until you contact us.

-Warranties: Most parts sold are covered under a 1-year parts warranty by the manufacturer. This means that we will warranty the part against defects but Attic Market Auto is not responsible to cover any labor costs associated with parts removal or replacement.



-We ship with UPS and USPS at our discretion.

-Standard 'Free Shipping' will require 3-5 days in transit once the order is processed

-In the event that parts orders require expedited shipping, please contact us in advance.

-Customers may decide to pay extra to expedite shipping on top of standard 'Free Shipping'.  At times we may opt to ship with a different carrier than that selected at checkout if we believe it will be satisfy fulfillment expectations to a greater degree.

-Shipments to locations outside the United States will not qualify for 'Free Shipping'.  All import tax/duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.



-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

-The returns period is 30 calendar days from the day of delivery.  We do not accept returns outside of the 30-day return period, with the exception of damage, defect or failure.

-Please contact us in advance of return or generate a return via our website.

-All parts must be returned in brand new, unused, uninstalled condition, in their original parts packaging with the part number label intact.  With the exception of warranty exchanges/returns, parts returned without original packaging may not be processed for a refund.  

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on our end, damage, defect or failure.

-Returning an item is easy.  Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  Once we've received and processed the returned item, you'll get an email from us.

-If your return is a result of our mistake (item was incorrect, defective, damaged, etc.) we will exchange the item or issue a full refund, your option. 

-Larger items returned to us will incur a 20% restocking fee.  This restocking fee may be imposed at our discretion.

-You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

-Special order items may not be returned.

-Questions with regard to returns should be presented in advance of purchase.
